We are seeking a highly skilled Security Analyst to join our team. The Security Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's data, systems, and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, risk management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company data and assets - Monitor network and system activity for potential security breaches - Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches - Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends and make recommendations for improvements - Conduct security awareness training for employees - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures - Prepare and maintain documentation related to security policies, procedures, and incidents - Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning - Assist with security-related projects, such as implementing new security tools and technologies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field - Strong knowledge of information security principles, risk management, and compliance - Experience with security monitoring tools and technologies - Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and PCI-DSS - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are a plus
