Responsibilities

We’re currently seeking a Security and Compliance Analyst to support our compliance and information security initiatives. This role is critical in helping ensure operational integrity and regulatory alignment across our organization and affiliated partners.
The Security and Compliance Analyst will be responsible for evaluating internal controls within the NIST SP 800-53 r5 framework. Key responsibilities include accurately identifying relevant controls, reviewing procedural documentation, conducting audit sampling, and performing control testing. The role may also involve interaction with third-party assessors, regulatory bodies, and clients—under appropriate supervision.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, systems-oriented thinker who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and improving processes. Strong analytical skills and a passion for compliance and information security are essential.
This position will also support the Vice President of Security Services and Senior Information Security Officer in conducting annual assessments related to compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards affecting FES and its affiliates.
