Job Description We are seeking a professional and decisive Security and Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at Mercure Bangkok Makkasan, Thailand. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security and loss prevention strategies to protect our assets, employees, and customers. Develop, implement, and oversee security and loss prevention policies and procedures Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Manage and maintain security systems, including CCTV and access control Lead investigations into security breaches, thefts, and other incidents Collaborate with local law enforcement and government agencies as needed Train and supervise security personnel and loss prevention teams Analyze security data and prepare detailed reports for upper management Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations related to security Develop and manage emergency response plans Oversee inventory control systems and procedures to minimize shrinkage Stay updated on industry trends and emerging security technologies Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in security and loss prevention management Proven track record in developing and implementing security strategies Strong knowledge of security management systems and loss prevention techniques Expertise in risk assessment, CCTV surveillance, and emergency response planning Proficiency in inventory control systems and shrinkage reduction methods Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Exceptional communication skills in both Thai and English In-depth understanding of Thai labor laws and regulations related to security Experience in retail or hospitality security operations preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed Additional Information What is in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.
