We are looking for a Security and Services Assistant to join us at our client site in Edinburgh.
Our client is a large financial institution so if you have experience from the corporate side of security this would be beneficial.
As a Security and Services Assistant you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for people who are passionate about helping others and keeping those around you both safe and secure.

• DS or SG SIA Licence
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Experience in a similar role
• To be thorough and to quickly pick up the task in hand
• Excellent IT Skills, including use of Microsoft packages
• Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
• Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
• Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability
• Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
• Deal calmly and confidently with all demands from the public.
