Job Title: Security Assistant Location: Rochester Salary: £26,000 Depending on skills and experience What you’ll be doing: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on all matters of security. Working closely with the Reception and Guarding Teams ensuring all security requirements are met Administration of the access control system, including issuing security passes. Liaising with Line Managers to ensure equipment, documents, passes and other company assets are returned, as and when required Processing visitors and contractors via the Visitor system Advising on vetting: both in-house and NSV. The Security team: Our Security Team plays a vital role in protecting our people, information, assets, and infrastructure across the UK Electronic Systems Business. Working within the Site Security Office, the team ensures that security policies, protective measures, and vetting processes are effectively implemented and maintained. As part of this close-knit function, you’ll work alongside the Security Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Security Office, helping to deliver high standards of protective security and providing guidance across the business.
