MAN Commercial Protection now have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Retail Security Assistant Operations Manager to join us working on prestigious site in Longbridge, Birmingham B31 2UQ.
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off 12-hour day shift.
Shift timings: 06:30 - 18:30.
Payrate: £14.08ph
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure that the Security Service provided conforms to the Assignment Instructions and the Client’s requirements.
Security Assistant Operations Manager shall be responsible for:
Ensuring smooth and efficient management of the overall security operations as defined within the Assignment Instructions, ensuring all relevant operational information is accurately and effectively cascaded to the security team in a timely and efficient manner.
This position is pivotal to the success of the overall contract and key to this role will be the Security Assistant Operations Manager ability to work closely with all key stakeholders, in addition to his / her ability to motivate a 24/7 Security Team as a whole.
Other Duties to consist of, but not resigned to:
Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for customers and employees.
Carry out routine patrols, monitoring of premises via CCTV and conducting health and safety checks.
Other tasks would include incident reporting, customer service and not just to the public but with onsite tenants.
