Security Associate

Overview:
$20.50 / hour
Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years.

You’ll also…

• Show friendly and courteous guest service while dealing with guests and associates.
• Conduct major/minor investigations as directed.
• Complete Security Incident Reports and follow-up in a timely manner.
• Protect Park and guest assets through proactive patrolling.
• Monitor compliance of park rules by guest and staff for their safety and enjoyment.
• Control access of all associates, suppliers, vendors and other visitors through the designated entry/exit gate.
• Direct human and vehicular traffic when required.

Qualifications:

• You!
• Individuals enrolled in or graduate of a Post-Secondary Law Enforcement/Criminology program or equivalent education.
• Individuals with current First Aid/CPR certification and a valid security guard license.
• An ability to deal with stressful situations in a calm and methodical manner.
• Individuals who can provide their own CSA approved steel toed black boots.
• Individuals with a passion and excitement about Canada’s Wonderland.
• Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
