Responsibilities: Quickly respond to emergency conditions, such as fire, safety hazards, threats to life and/or property, etc. Patrol the interior and perimeter of the property to observe and identify potential safety and/or security risks and/or undesirable conditions. Coordinate the alarm systems. Maintain inspection reports and records. Investigate all security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, safety, and fire hazards and prepare a complete report to include statements from involved parties and witnesses. Perform other duties as assigned by your leader. Qualifications: To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: Ability to patrol the property for 8-9 hours at a time Dedicated to greeting and working well with guests in a friendly and helpful manner at all times Ability to work various shifts throughout the week Previous experience in a customer service-focused Security position. Must have previous computer experience and excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills to write incident reports Preferred, but not required: Prior experience working in a hotel Military or law enforcement background Current First Aid/CPR certifications We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
