This essential role involves ensuring the safety and security of our facility while maintaining a welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the security of the building, monitoring access and responding to any issues.
• General caretaking duties, including light maintenance, cleaning, and ensuring facilities are in good working order.
• Assist with the setup and cleanliness of various medical areas.
• Provide a helpful and friendly service to staff, patients, and visitors.
• Respond to any emergencies or maintenance requests promptly.
• Undertake periodic inspections of the premises.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar caretaker/security role is preferred, though not essential.
• Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
