ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Control Room Operator to join our Security Operations Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring, incident management, and coordination of field resources, including drones and mobile patrols. You will play a critical role in protecting our clients’ premises and assets by maintaining situational awareness and executing rapid, informed responses. working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 hrs shifts, working a mixture of days and nights
