We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Security Compliance Analyst to ensure regulatory compliance within all departments of our organization. As a compliance analyst, your duties will be a combination of working on audits, translating security requirements into policies and procedures, continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you should possess extensive experience in Security framework knowledge, Health care industry requirements, and regulatory standards. Compliance Analyst Responsibilities: · Evaluating internal operational and procedural compliance. · Analyzing and updating existing compliance policies and related documentation. · Assisting in audit activities – Interfacing with the Auditors, translating audit evidence requests to actual requirements and working with teams to collect and submit the evidence. · Developing and executing new compliance policies and procedures as required. · Keeping up with changing compliance requirements and amendments to regulations. Qualifications Compliance Analyst Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in computer technology, computer security or audit. · Previous experience working with governance, risk and compliance within Information Technology or Information Security · In-depth knowledge of industry compliance requirements and standards such as, NIST SP800-53, MARS-e, ISO, and SOC2 · Exceptional ability to formulate and write compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation. · Advanced analytical, problem solving and continuous improvement abilities. Skills Required: · Proficient in MS Excel. MS Word · Technical Writing · Bonus - Experience with Security tools, ability to understand architecture Diagrams · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. · A strategic mindset with the ability to set long term achievable goals · Lean Six Sigma or AGILE knowledge a plus. · Sec+ certification a plus
