SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT.

To support our growth objectives in the Netherlands we are looking for a RE business-oriented security and compliance (GRC) expert that lives in the Netherlands. The person is comfortable in meeting Senior executives and compliance experts of clients and can translate the business requirements and (compliance) challenges into IT-services and solutions that will have a positive business impact and can compete with other business investments based on solid investment decisions.
The person would be part of a larger practice for Cyber Consulting and align with other practices in Europe. Within the team you will report to the Domain lead Strategy and Transformation. Where the GRC expertise is housed.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & EXPERIENCE

• Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills: ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues, alternatives, and recommendations.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Project Management skill levels sufficient for the understanding and implementation of within-team and cross-functional projects.
• Architectural approach to the work both business wise (enterprise architecture) and security / compliance wise (security architecture including multiple clouds).
• Self-driven and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional working proficiency level English and Dutch Languages.
• Business oriented MSc or BSc and a business mindset to Cyber and information security.

QUALIFICATIONS WORK ENVIRONMENT

• RE IT-auditor
• 5+ years of experience in cyber Security.
• Relevant Information Security certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA) is a must
• EU security clearance (when required)

• Sell and deliver with a team: consulting projects and services across existing clients and new clients.
• Answers to questions from clients, sales teams, bid teams and Eviden colleagues regarding all aspects of information security with a focus on compliancy.
• Actively networks with the client’s security and compliance professionals in close cooperation with local sales management
• Lead compliance/ auditor on projects, sold in close cooperation with your domain lead and sales team.
• You lead client engagements as part of defined information and compliance services or projects.
• Primary contact for Security Compliance projects, and go to market related activities (i.e. Compliance requirements in RFPs and possible alternatives)
• Senior GRC consultant educating and coaching medior and junior colleagues.
• You lead complex audit engagements that combine IT and OT elements in mixed teams including SME’s.
• You will actively share your experience with internal expert communities.
