The Security Concierge plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality security services and exceptional customer experiences. As part of the Customer Experience Team at PHIVE, you will ensure the safety and security of Council facilities while fostering connections with the community. On a daily basis you will: Provide outstanding customer service, creating memorable experiences Monitor the arrival of customers, employees, and contractors to maintain safety. Open and close buildings in accordance with Council policies and procedures. Oversee security within and around the building, responding to incidents and emergencies. Manage surveillance, lost property inquiries, and access for authorised visitors. Support loading dock operations and maintain the cleanliness of common areas. Deputy Chief Warden responsibilities and chief warden in absence of the building manager. About You The successful candidate MUST be available to work on a rotating roster during the week, including Saturday and Sunday. This is essential. Shift times may vary between day and night shifts, and the candidate must be flexible with their availabilities. You will be expected to work across several different locations within the Parramatta LGA. You will bring: Must have NSW 1A Security Licence, and 1E Monitoring Centre Operator. Must have a current Working with Children Check. Must have valid Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate. Must have RSA. Minimum 1-year Operational security service experience in a customer-centric environment, with a proven track record of achieving objectives. Experience in delivering security and customer services to diverse stakeholders in a complex. Proficiency in data entry, security software, and digital systems. Ability to work night shifts and weekends. What’s on offer We are offering a 12-month full time term contract, for up to March 2027. The working hours will vary over the spread of Monday - Sunday. We are also offering an attractive remuneration from $78,199.90 plus 12% superannuation.
