This role is the face of the site—greeting and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors while maintaining a calm and professional security presence. Duties include but are not limited to: Welcoming and assisting visitors, staff, and contractors in a professional and friendly manner Managing access control and providing concierge-style support at entry points Conducting foot patrols to ensure people are safe and facilities are secure Escorting individuals around the site when required Ensuring property is locked, unlocked, and maintained as per procedures Directing and helping people navigate the site with confidence and clarity Writing accurate reports in response to incidents Communicating calmly and effectively with all stakeholders Skills and Experience Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate (essential) NSW Security Licence Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Highly presentable, professional, and confident in front-facing roles Proven ability to stay alert, situationally aware, and focused Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment Working With Children Check Master Licence – 408742075 How to apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
