ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR REMOTE POSITIONS: For remote positions, all candidates must complete a video screen with our corporate recruiting team. Responsibilities WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Design, implement, and maintain security measures for Active Directory and related systems. Implement and maintain PKI infrastructure to support certificate-based authentication and encryption. Implement and maintain Windows Hello for Business to provide secure and convenient authentication for users. Monitor and analyze security logs and events to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities. Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to AD security, PKI, and Windows Hello. Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to ensure the seamless integration of security measures with existing business processes and IT infrastructure. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 10 years of IT experience. Expertise in PKI infrastructure, including certificate management, revocation, and renewal. Experience with Windows Hello for Business and other authentication technologies such as multi-factor authentication (MFA). Strong understanding of security best practices and standards, including AD security, group policy, and access control. Knowledge of security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDPS), and security information and event management (SIEM) systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with other directory services such as LDAP or Azure AD is a plus.
