RAC Home Services is one of the largest home security providers in Perth, offering expert advice and tailored solutions, from full Alarm and CCTV installations, technical support, servicing and repairs. Working in the Operations Security Team and reporting into the Operations Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day sales activities within dynamic and high performing team. What You Will Be Responsible For Managing incoming Security and Home Energy leads by promptly contacting members and scheduling appointments. Preparing and presenting tailored quotes that maximise conversion opportunities. Proactively following up on outstanding quotes to help members find the right security solutions to best meet their needs. Deliver a high-quality, member-focused sales experience in every interaction. Providing backup support to On-Road Sales Consultants when needed. Assisting the Service & Repair team as required. Maintaining accurate CRM records for all leads, quotes, and sales activities. Ensuring all interactions, quotes, and documentation comply with company policies and regulatory standards. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a dynamic, results-driven individual who thrives in a team sales environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional member experiences. If you have the drive and align with our team’s culture, even without all the required skills, we will still give your application serious consideration. The ideal candidate will bring: Previous experience in security industry (preferred). Demonstrated success in a sales environment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. A strong background in member service, with a commitment to creating outstanding experiences and building lasting relationships. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and managing leads through a structured, disciplined sales pipeline.
