Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Comprehensive Surveillance: Monitor activities across Sydney’s best venues using state-of-the-art CCTV systems, identifying potential risks or security concerns.
  • Incident Management: Lead responses to security breaches, emergencies, and alarm activations, coordinating resources to resolve situations effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Support and direct security teams, ensuring all actions are executed in alignment with standard operating procedures.
  • Communication Excellence: Manage high volumes of communication, ensuring timely responses to client, public, and internal inquiries.
  • Data Accuracy: Keep detailed and accurate security logs, incident reports, and operational records.
  • Access and Equipment Control: Oversee secure access to facilities and ensure the proper use and maintenance of security equipment.

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
