WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Higher education with a professional qualifications n the area of Risk management, Security management or within a comparable, relevant field
  • Minimum 2,5 years of relevant experience from a Security department
  • Intermediate level experience with security systems and processes
  • Intermediate level experience with mechanical and electrical access control systems implementation and management
  • Intermediate level experience in managing security tests, emergency drills and security trainings.
  • Familiar with DC Operations and security processes
  • Able to identify security and / or BCM risks and suggest solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge in the field of security management
  • German and English fluent

Responsibilities

Looking to make a meaningful impact in security operations? Join us as a Security Coordinator (f/m/d) where you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing and enforcing local security processes in line with both regulatory requirements and internal standards.
As a Security Coordinator (f/m/d), you’ll support the Security Manager with the day-to-day operational activities to ensure that security systems are functioning correctly and provide support to external service providers, supports Global compliance programs and ensure the successful performance of internal and external audit controls. You ensure that training is undertaken by internal and external (security service provider) staff, conducts security audits and inspections, also supports on demand audits and inspections. You support site visits and make sure that the security standards are respected as well as you manage access rights for external visitors and create regular reports for the Operations departments and customers.
