SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years experience in the security industry

  • Proven track record in customer relations management

  • Experience is staff training and program building
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.

  • Computer literate -ECDL level required

  • Manage issues as they arise and report any incidents that occur.
  • Implement existing security procedures and develop new ways to reduce incidents/potential incidents that may occur.
  • Ensure all equipment in maintained to a high level.
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • To be fully aware of all emergency and evacuation procedures.
  • Knowledge of First Aid and Manual Handling an advantage.
  • To prioritise Health & Safety and report any incidents or accidents.
  • Ability to maintain a good working relationship with the client.
  • A desire to continuously strive for improvements in standards.
  • Previous supervisory and people management experience is desirable
