Responsibilities Serve as the primary front desk and security presence at HQ, managing daily operations including guest check-ins, mail intake, walkthroughs, and front-line employee support. Monitor and manage building access control systems, issue badges within SLA, track and report weekly badge scan data, and ensure all visitors and deliveries are documented. Respond to support tickets and incident reports within SLA, maintain a visible, trusted presence on-site, and collaborate with Workplace and Security teams to uphold safety standards. Support workplace operations and events through vendor coordination, on-site execution, and cross-functional collaboration—playing a key role in office efficiency and employee experience Key Competencies Complete daily front desk and workplace support responsibilities with consistency and minimal supervision. Acts as a visible, reliable on-site security presence during business hours. Must hold a valid Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit and be authorized to carry while on duty. Maintain alertness while on duty, including monitoring entry points, observing workplace activity, and being prepared to respond quickly to security concerns or disruptions. Create a welcoming and professional environment for employees, visitors, and vendors. Builds trust across the office to ensure employees feel safe and supported. Handle sensitive materials, including incident reports, camera footage, and employee access data, with professionalism and privacy. Contribute ideas and feedback to improve safety systems, processes, and overall efficiency in collaboration with the Lead Security Officer. Collaborate effectively with Workplace, Security, Legal and Leadership teams to escalate issues, support planning, and communicate real-time observations or needs. Reports to the Workplace Lead for operational oversight and works daily with Lead Security Officer. Experience 2–3 years of experience in physical security, front desk operations, or workplace support. Proven ability to manage guest check-ins, access control, deliveries, and surveillance systems in a corporate or fast-paced environment. Experience supporting physical workplace needs such as lifting, vendor escorting, and event setup. Experience working with executive leadership, employees, and external VIPs.
