Maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism in all company matters. Provides superior guest experience through consistent, positive interaction. Knowledgeable of applicable state laws, gaming regulations and security standard operating procedures. Ability to navigate other computer applications that are applicable Ability to maintain a level of composure during stressful situations and advance knowledge of the properties emergency preparedness plan BRING US YOUR BEST. Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Experience in a dispatch environment preferred Ability to affectively record information while receiving communications through phone or radio Active listener Sound judgment and critical thinking are a must. Advanced knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergency situations Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive approach to dealing with critical situations. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. Able to work shift in team environment. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
