Your Role: Are you interested in applying your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while ensuring the safety of our executives and their guests? As part of our Corporate Security Team, you will be responsible for providing safe, courteous, and efficient transportation for company executives and guests. In this role, you will closely work with the Executive Protection Experts and provide operational support around reconnaissance and business travel activities to help ensuring safety and security of our key clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, excellent driving skills, and a strong knowledge of fundamentals of executive protection, local routes and traffic patterns, as well as the ability to adapt to changing schedules and requirements. Your key responsibilities further include maintenance of the company vehicle, ensuring it is always in excellent condition, as well as performance of other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned. In this role, you will also support related logistical and organizational tasks and work closely with the entire Security team to ensure best possible service and communicate vulnerabilities or security and safety concerns in a timely manner. Who You Are: Customer- and service-oriented individual who is diligent, detail-oriented, and proactive, capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Proven experience as a professional Security Driver in an executive or corporate setting, certified with advanced security and driving techniques tailored for Executive Protection experts. Holds a valid class B and C1 driver’s license with a clean driving record, driving aptitude register, and criminal record; additional qualifications, such as First Aid, are desirable. Excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns, ensuring efficient navigation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all professional interactions. Strong commitment to physical resilience through regular training and fitness maintenance. Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills, complemented by a professional appearance and demeanor. Fluent in German and English, with additional language skills considered an advantage; residence near Darmstadt is required, or willingness to relocate or establish a second residence is mandatory.
