  • Receive internal/external telephone calls
  • Transfer information to the appropriate person in a courteous, professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Candidates enrolled in or graduate of an Emergency Telecommunications or 911 Communications program or possess equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Individuals that are able to problem solve and prioritize effectively
  • Candidates that are highly organized and demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills
  • Previous experience with multi-line phone systems an asset
  • Availability that includes working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekend and holidays
