YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–5 years of experience in Security Engineering or Security Operations roles.
  • Proven expertise in incident response, including alert triage, forensic analysis, and application of frameworks such as Cyber Kill Chain, NIST, and MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Strong technical knowledge of endpoint (EDR), enterprise network, data loss prevention (DLP), and SaaS security controls.
  • Proficiency in scripting and querying languages (e.g., Python, SIEM query languages) to analyze data and automate tasks.
  • Solid understanding of email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and related controls.
  • Experience with Zero Trust principles and technologies, including Device Trust, Access Gateways, and Isolated Browsers.
  • Deep awareness of modern adversary TTPs and defensive strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, manage projects independently, and prioritize based on risk reduction.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with advanced SIEM platforms and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and multi-cloud environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for incident reporting and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Security certifications such as GSEC, CEH, or similar.
