SECURITY ENGINEER (ACCESS CONTROL, INTRUDER ALARM & CCTV) SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven experience as a Security Systems Engineer or in a similar role within the security industry.
• In-depth knowledge of security systems including CCTV, intruder alarms & access control
• Relevant certifications and qualifications are desirable.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Valid UK driver’s licence or equivalent.
• Familiarity with relevant UK regulations and safety standards for security systems.

• Installing, servicing, and maintaining a variety of security systems including CCTV, intruder alarms and access control
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in security systems, performing repairs, and carrying out system upgrades as necessary.
• Providing clear and concise documentation of work completed, including service reports and system logs.
• Offering professional customer service and advice to clients on the use and maintenance of installed security systems.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols
