The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or related fields and a strong command of English. The role involves supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure systems, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with security best practices. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organization’s security posture and respond to potential threats effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in managing enterprise-level firewalls and security appliances Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python/Ansible) Basic understanding of DevOps tools and methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities: Linux fundamentals - operating systems, file system, bash scripting. Kali Linux - knowledge of basic tools like NMAP, BurpSuite, wget/curl, tcptraceroute Networking fundamentals - TCP/IP, OSI model, proxies, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Routers, VLANs. Scripting and automation - AI automation (creative thinking to craft automation scripts of repetitive tasks). Cyber Security Fundamentals - definitions of risk/threat/vulnerability. Basic Application Architecture understanding - Frontend (GUIs) & Backend (APIs) Identity Access Management (IAM) - understanding of different authentication systems. AWS and GCP fundamentals - basic knowledge of how the cloud works. Well-developed soft skills - professional communication with clients.
