JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle IAM Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise-level identity and access management (IAM) solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle IAM, ADF, and SOA, with a proven track record of delivering secure and scalable solutions for financial services organizations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical expert who can collaborate with stakeholders, translate business requirements into effective IAM solutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 7+ years dedicated to Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM).
• Proven hands-on experience with application onboarding into OIM.
• Strong expertise in Oracle ADF and Oracle SOA Suite development.
• Prior experience working with financial services organizations, with knowledge of compliance-driven IAM requirements.
• Strong background in requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation.

• Develop and customize Oracle IAM solutions to address business and security requirements.
• Onboard applications into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), including connector configuration, provisioning workflows, and access policies.
• Implement and enhance user interfaces and usability through Oracle ADF-based customizations.
• Design and build Oracle SOA composites to automate workflows and enable seamless integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and drive successful implementation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the performance of Oracle IAM components and integrations.
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, audit, and regulatory standards within the financial services industry.
