● Good troubleshooting experience on multiple networking platforms and technologies ● Optimize ACI fabric performance, troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues and assist in scaling and expanding the Cisco ACI infrastructure. ● Design, configure, and maintain network topologies, including telco data center networking, routing, and switching. ● Provide troubleshooting expertise for network-related issues across ACI and traditional network environments. ● Analyze network traffic and performance, identifying bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and potential optimizations. ● Offer second and third-line support for escalated network issues and perform root cause analysis. ● Work closely with application owners, system administrators, and other teams to design and implement network solutions. ● Maintain detailed documentation of ACI configurations, network design, policies, and troubleshooting procedures. ● Conduct network performance assessments and capacity planning to ensure scalability.
