JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and execute end-to-end deployments and migrations of Microsoft Purview, performing data discovery, classification, and labeling processes across diverse environments
• Configure and implement automated data loss prevention (DLP), insider risk management, and compliance policies using Purview and Microsoft Security tools
• Enable data assessment at scale, developing custom policies and automations to manage sensitive information
• Develop and automate data lifecycle management, information governance, and regulatory compliance workflows using advanced scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and automation techniques
• Conduct comprehensive testing and user acceptance cycles, fine-tuning configurations and policies per real-world feedback and business use cases.
• Create and maintain compliance dashboards and custom reports by translating technical findings into actionable insights directly within client environments
• Collaborate closely with security architects and project teams to align technical implementation with organizational security objectives
• Provide technical leadership, hands-on mentoring, and training to clients and junior team members, fostering a security-first mindset through practical demonstrations and workshops
