These tasks await you:

• As an IT Security Engineer, you will support the development of IT platforms for maritime applications.
• You conduct IT security analyses and assessments as well as penetration tests and verify their effectiveness.
• You develop and implement IT security policies, procedures and solutions and are the internal and external contact person for information security.
• You identify, assess, and eliminate IT security vulnerabilities in our products (PSIRT).
• You evaluate IT security guidelines according to customer requirements and implement them (e.g., DISA STIG).
• You plan training courses and raise awareness among employees and customers regarding IT security.

What you should bring:

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, vocational training as an IT specialist, or a comparable qualification.
• You are familiar with relevant security standards as well as topics such as Group Policy, SBOM, Git, virtualization and container technologies, and you are proficient in using scripting languages ​​such as Bash or PowerShell.
• You are characterized by analytical thinking skills and the motivation to work in a goal-oriented manner to understand complex relationships.
