You'll work closely with vendors, cross-functional teams, and senior executives, ensuring proactive risk management and effective security reporting.   * Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely resolution of hardware / software issues * Investigate vulnerability scan status and findings. * Consult to cross functional teams for remediation * Security reporting and presenting to Senior Executives * Develop & maintain relationship with internal & external stakeholders * Maintain current documentation as per contractual obligations * Participate in ongoing continuous improvement activities * Updating operational procedures documentation * Monitoring & actioning Security related Incidents & Requests. *   What We’re Looking For:    * At least 6 years’ experience in overseeing the delivery of IT security services in a Managed Service environment or large government agency * Strong leadership & interpersonal skills with ability to present to senior client executives * Technical experience: * Email gateway tools (Proofpoint + email analysis/forensics) * CyberArk PAM & EPM * Cortex * Palo Alto * System security (AD, GPO, etc) * Network security (VPN, FW, etc) * Experience assessing integrity of: * Website/URL * IP Address * Software * Browser plugin * Domain * Well updated with current attacks & current & emerging cyber security trends * Experience with IT security, email security (M365), access control, operational security, impact analysis, process streamlining, vulnerability management * Desirable: * ITIL tools – ServiceNow & ITIL * Cloud – Oracle, AWS & Azure   Why Join Us: * Deliver tangible business impact through operational excellence.  * Work with cutting-edge tools and AI-enabled platforms.  * Be part of a high-performing, client-obsessed team that values growth and innovation.    Take the next step with us.
