Over the last 20 years our commitment to innovative technology has earned the trust of more than 1,700 organizations, governments, and institutions globally, solidifying our role in protecting the world’s critical infrastructure and securing our way of life. Project Introduction We are building an AI-powered autonomous vulnerability management platform that goes beyond traditional scanning and reporting. Our platform uses advanced AI agents to predict, prioritize, and autonomously remediate security threats before they can be exploited. Our vision shifts from reactive to predictive, providing a true endpoint-to-vulnerability visibility, and replacing human-intensive manual processes with intelligent AI agents that can: Aggregate multi-source intelligence in real-time. Predict exploitation before it occurs. Offer community-driven insights validated by AI. Join our team and help build the future of vulnerability management and cybersecurity automation. Role Overview Provide cybersecurity domain expertise to guide AI model development, validate autonomous security decisions, and ensure our platform meets enterprise security requirements. Bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI and practical cybersecurity operations. Key Responsibilities Contribute to threat intelligence aggregation from multiple sources (NVD, MITRE, dark web). Research and analyze vulnerability trends to inform AI model training datasets. Validate AI-generated vulnerability assessments and risk scoring algorithms. Design security-focused evaluation metrics for AI agent performance. Collaborate with AI engineers to fine-tune models on cybersecurity data. Develop security testing frameworks for autonomous patching systems. Create vulnerability classification taxonomies for AI training. Analyze competitor intelligence platforms and identify differentiation opportunities. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.). Must-Have Skills 1+ years experience in cybersecurity: vulnerability research, threat intelligence, or security operations. Deep knowledge of vulnerability management lifecycle and industry standards. Expertise in CVE/CVSS frameworks, exploit development, and patch management. Experience with security tools: Nessus, OpenVAS, Metasploit, or similar. Understanding of threat intelligence platforms and feeds. Proficiency in Python for security automation and data analysis. Knowledge of network protocols, system administration, and infrastructure security. Experience with incident response and forensics. Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS). Nice-to-Have Skills AI/ML background: basic understanding of how AI models work and can be applied to cybersecurity. Exploit development experience and reverse engineering skills. Research experience: published papers, conference presentations, or CVE discoveries. Red team or penetration testing experience. Programming skills in Go, Python, or other systems languages. Open source intelligence (OSINT) and dark web monitoring experience. OPSWAT is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to providing an environment where equal employment opportunities are extended to all employees and applicants, free of discrimination and harassment of any type.
