Description

Operation, configuration and further development of Microsoft 365 Office Apps including add-ins and Office for the Web
Technical implementation, operation and optimization of Microsoft Copilot for M365
Implementation of security, compliance and governance requirements in the M365 and Copilot environment
Support with rollouts, migrations, and the introduction of new features and services
Automation and standardization of M365 configurations using PowerShell, Graph API or Power Platform
Support for support and adoption teams in 3rd-level support, including documentation and enablement.
Monitoring the Microsoft roadmap in the area of Office Apps & AI, and deriving best practices and recommendations for action.
