JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an IT security-related discipline.
• Understanding of network architecture, protocols , and system security configurations.
• Strong knowledge of information security principles , including threat detection, mitigation, and response.
• Familiarity with security platforms such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, antivirus, and forensic tools.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical content effectively to both technical and business audiences.
• [Optional: Security certifications such as CEH, CISSP, GCIH, GCIA are an added advantage.]

• Coordinate with enterprise-wide teams to support installation, configuration, and administration of security solutions throughout their lifecycle — including upgrades, enhancements, and new deployments.
• Perform real-time monitoring and analysis of security logs to detect anomalies and escalate potential security incidents.
• Provide operational support for Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS).
• Evaluate and recommend signature updates and changes , ensuring effective threat detection and mitigation.
• Conduct digital forensics investigations while adhering to evidence handling procedures and chain of custody protocols.
• Deliver professional consultation and reporting to clients, including documentation of findings and recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current cybersecurity technologies, tactics, and threat landscapes .
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and client engagement skills .
