JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performs a broad range of activities as assigned to support Engineers and generally involve developing components of solutions with a focus on analytics, support, testing, and proof of concepts aligned to business and technology objectives.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • University or post-graduate degree
  • Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)
  • 3-5 years relevant experience

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Post-Secondary education in Computer Science or Mathematics, preferably with related master’s degree or above
  • Proficient in Python programming and familiar with Pandas, Matplotlib, NumPy and/or SciPy
  • Familiar with Jupyter Notebook, Splunk Search Processing language
  • Experience working with Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Working experience in software development, data analysis and or machine learning models
  • Sound knowledge of REST API
  • Sound knowledge of SQL/NoSQL database
  • Experience working in the information security field is a plus
