POSITION OVERVIEW

The In-house Security Executive oversees the safety and security operations of the company dormitory facility. This role is responsible for managing security personnel performance, maintaining security systems, and updating dormitory management systems to ensure a safe and secure living environment for all residents.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid PLRD Security License with minimum rank of Security Supervisor
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in security operations and fire safety procedures
  • Proven investigation skills and strong report writing abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse residents

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to conduct security patrols and physical inspections
  • Capability to respond quickly to emergency situationsAbility to work extended hours when required

Responsibilities
  • Security Personnel Management : Oversee security agency personnel regarding deployment, allocation, and performance management of security officers to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Enforce dormitory rules and regulations; conduct orientation briefings for new residents on house rules and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Emergency Response : Respond promptly to emergency calls, manage incident situations, conduct thorough investigations, and prepare comprehensive incident reports with follow-up actions.
  • Resident Records Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records including new admissions, leave requests, check-outs, repatriations, room transfers, and photo ID updates in the dormitory management system.
  • Security Systems Maintenance : Conduct daily inspections of CCTV systems and all security equipment to ensure optimal functionality and coordinate repairs when necessary.
  • Event Support : Support planning and coordination of dormitory events and activities during public holidays and special occasions.
  • Duty Management : Serve as Duty Manager during weekends and public holidays, ensuring continuous security operations and resident support.
