Place of work: Gdansk Security Expert Obligations: Conduct security related tasks in specified fields of operation in Poland, including Anti-Fraud & Investigation, crisis management and technical and physical security Cooperate with Security Operation Centre-based (SOC/GSOC) operations, crisis management and business continuity process, security training, and daily administration including regular reporting Conduct controls/inspections, analyse and assess the causes, circumstances, and security risks of infringements, and ensure immediate actions, accountability, and other preventive measures Actively cooperate in implementation of the security financial model, including the preparation of the yearly OPEX and CAPEX plan identifying security team needs and ensure its execution Contribute in the implementation of MOL Group security policy, strategy, and rules, ensuring the controllability and confinement of processes and systems and identifying and addressing problems and demands that affect the organization's daily operation Manage connections with law enforcement and national security agencies, and other authorities, and represent the organization at business-related external and internal meetings Coordinate and participate in cross-border security projects assigned by the Group-level Security Director or the group-level manager, and perform tasks related to group-level organizational management and regulatory frameworks Readiness to perform security work outside MOL Polska HQ, Gdansk, in the territory of Poland and occasionally in other MOL Group countries (approx. 30%25 of working time) Requirements: University degree Fluency in Polish and English At least 3 years of professional experience in corporate security, or an international oil company, or in law enforcement agencies, preferably in a leading role (Team leader) Proficiency in policing, investigation, fieldwork, physical security, and technical security Proficiency in reporting and corporate administration Strong leadership skills Strong integrity, proactivity, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, , communication skills, negotiation, influencing skills, analytical skills, and results-orientated mindset Proficiency with MS Office, We offer: Full-time, you will start working as soon as possible Professional training and a challenging environment for continuous development Career advancement within MOL Group Enthusiastic team Work in a growing company with a stable market position, Work tools: company car, phone, laptop, tablet, Learning opportunities through exposure to complex business environments and projects, Competitive compensation (including performance bonus) and benefits.
