Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate security operations in the field. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage security personnel effectively to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets. RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel in the field. * Conduct regular inspections and patrols to ensure compliance with security protocols. * Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to maintain high performance standards. * Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing guidance and support as needed. * Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, personnel performance, and operational issues. * Collaborate with management and clients to address security concerns and improve procedures. * Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions. * Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant data. QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience as a Security Field Supervisor or similar role. * Strong knowledge of security operations, protocols, and best practices. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with security equipment and technology. * Valid security certification or license as required by local regulations. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
