Job Summary:
The Security Field Supervisor at Good Guard Security is responsible for overseeing and managing security operations at various client sites. This role entails ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of security protocols, and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:

• 
  Conduct training sessions for security staff on best practices, safety protocols, and customer service.
• 
  Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
  Qualifications:
• 
  High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field preferred.
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in security management or supervision.
• 
  Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
• 
  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software.
• 
  Valid security guard license and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
