What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols for financial institution environments. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed. Maintain awareness of entry and exit points, monitoring access to restricted areas within the financial institution. Document daily activities and incidents using company-approved methods and tools. Support access control procedures and/or visitor management protocols as required for the location. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members while upholding the company’s core values. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
