Available Schedules: We have both day and night shift available at our Decatur site, shift dependent on position. M-F 6:00AM-2:30PM M-F 2:30PM-10:30PM Flexibility with schedules/availability is ideal. Posts Available: Gate screener- Depending on availability and experience we have a gate attendant who monitors our visitors and truck access. Checks all visitors in and out on computer systems and written reports while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Weighmaster- Weighs trucks when they're entering the facility and exiting the facility. Accuracy and attention to detail are key! Must be able to manage computer systems and written reports and records, organization is key. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols * Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity * Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions * Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public * Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely * Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 18 years of age * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver’s license * Reliable transportation and means of communication * Basic to intermediate computer skills * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform frequent walking, standing, and movement throughout the shift, including routine patrols and moderate physical activity in all weather conditions.
