Description
Provide comprehensive security services, including access control, executive protection, and emergency response for executives, staff, and visitors across Ford properties and executive residences. Monitor and manage security systems, including fire and security alarms, access control, CCTV, and radio communications. Conduct patrols, report unusual observations, and maintain daily activity logs. Offer driving services for top-level executives. Handle emergency notifications and protect sensitive company information with confidentiality. Demonstrate ability to perform under pressure during critical emergency situations. Be adaptable to various security roles (Executive Security Driver, Residential Security, Executive Security Coordinator). Maintain 24/7/365 availability, including off-shifts, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to change shifts as needed. Established and active employee resource groups High School Diploma or GED. 5+ years of experience in law enforcement OR 5+ years military experience. 1+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Windows and Office applications. 2+ years of experience driving in an Executive Protection capacity. Possess a Concealed Pistol License (CPL) or meet the state requirements to obtain one within 1 month from date of hire. Possess a valid Driver's license. Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Possess a Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) or meet the requirements to obtain one within 1 month from date of hire. 5+ years' clean driving record. Have prior driving school training. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
