Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Makes regular security and safety rounds inside and outside community buildings * Follows assigned security schedules and job routines * Communicates clearly, courteously, and professionally with residents, visitors, and team members * Responds quickly and appropriately to urgent care needs and dispatches responses to calls for assistance * Uses computers and emergency response systems, including the SARA system * Operates equipment such as vehicles, radios, carts, phones, and computers * Complies with infection control regulations and policies * Assists in security-related training, including fire drills and emergency evacuations * Maintains accurate logs and records in a timely manner Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or security-related role preferred * Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Must be able to relate to the needs and concerns of senior adults We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
