Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Casual Security Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe and enjoyable experiences at Sydney’s premier events and venues.

Your duties include:

  • Welcoming Guests: Provide excellent customer service by greeting attendees and assisting with event information.
  • Access Control: Verify tickets, credentials, and monitor for restricted or prohibited items.
  • Crowd Management: Direct guests, monitor crowd behaviour, and ensure compliance with RSA.
  • Securing Event Areas: Maintain restricted zones such as back-of-house, field-of-play, and performance spaces.
  • Incident Response: Respond to and report incidents promptly, ensuring the safety of guests and assets.

You’ll work with experienced teams to create memorable moments at high-profile venues, sporting events, concerts, and more.
