Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding to situations as needed. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon05:00 AM - 01:00 PMTue05:00 AM - 01:00 PMWed05:00 AM - 01:00 PMThur05:00 AM - 01:00 PMFri05:00 AM - 01:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the security-related needs of the healthcare location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report activities and/or incidents to appropriate personnel, maintaining detailed and accurate records as required. Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and information, contributing to a welcoming environment. Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, helping to maintain authorized access to designated areas. Collaborate with healthcare staff and/or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
