Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.99 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues. Monitor access points and visitor activity while helping to support property rules, tenant needs, and overall day-to-day operations at the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
