REQUIREMENTS

• NSW Security License (Valid & Current)
• RSA Certificate
• First Aid Certificate (Valid)
• Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays as a minimum
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-based environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide crowd control and maintain a safe environment at RSA venues
• Check IDs and monitor entry points to ensure compliance with venue policies
• Work as part of a team to ensure public safety and venue regulations are followed
• Wear an all-black uniform as per company and venue standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing patron behaviour
