We’re seeking experienced, professional Door Supervisors for two premium hospitality venues in Belfast. This is weekend-only work perfect for those looking to supplement their income or seeking consistent part-time employment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain professional presence at venue entrances
• Monitor and control access to premises
• Ensure compliance with venue policies and licensing requirements
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Handle any incidents calmly and professionally
• Work as part of a coordinated team across multiple doors
• Maintain constant vigilance and situational awareness
