JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking Security Officers (Full time and Casual) to join our team at Moncton Airport. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in both protecting people and property and providing an exceptional customer service experience. As a Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for many travelers and visitors. Your role is to ensure safety while also delivering a welcoming, professional, and supportive presence.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Valid Security Guard License (NB) required ( will be applied, if you are successfully hired)
• Strong customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or service industry experience is an asset).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous in stressful situations.
• Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to obtain necessary airport security clearances.
• Availability to work varied shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Must be bilingual (English and French)

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of staff, passengers, and property.
• Greet and assist travelers with directions, inquiries, or support as needed.
• Provide clear, polite, and professional communication in all interactions.
• Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or security concerns.
• Enforce airport security procedures and company policies.
• Write accurate and detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Collaborate with airport personnel, law enforcement, and other security team members.
