What You'll Do: Greet visitors, employees, and/or contractors in a professional manner at the front desk of a retail distribution center location. Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises, following site-specific policies and procedures. Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols. Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor and/or employee activity as required by site procedures. Communicate with site personnel and/or management regarding security-related matters as needed. Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including contacting emergency services and following established protocols. Minimum Requirements: Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
